Texas experienced record-breaking rainfall in June-July 2025, with over 20
inches in some regions.

Widespread Flooding:
Cities like Houston, Austin, and Dallas faced flash floods. Rural areas saw
rivers and dams overflow. The Guadalupe River, Texas, overflowed and swept all the homes, vehicles, culverts, and the bridge.
3.
Loss of Lives & Injuries:
At least 104 people have died, and dozens were injured due to flooding,
collapsed structures, and vehicle accidents.
4.
Massive Evacuations:
Over 50,000 residents were evacuated from low-lying and high-risk flood zones.
